All praise to Allah, Lord of the worlds
The second ayah of Al-Faatiḥah, word by word, with three roots.
Word by word
al-ḥamd: the praise. Root ح م د.
lillāh: for Allah, belongs to Allah.
rabb: Lord, who creates, owns, cares for and raises. Root ر ب ب.
al-'ālamīn: the worlds. Root ع ل م, the same as 'ilm (knowledge): the world is a sign by which Allah is known.
