Ghunnah: noon and meem with shaddah
A noon or meem with shaddah is always held with ghunnah for two counts.
Ghunnah is the humming sound from the nose. With نّ and مّ it is at its fullest: hold it for two counts (about as long as it takes to bend and straighten a finger twice).
