The battle of Badr
A small group of believers, trusting Allah, met a much bigger army in Ramadan of the second year after the Hijrah.
About three hundred Muslims, with few horses and camels, faced an army about three times larger from Makkah. The Prophet ﷺ spent the night in dua. Allah sent angels to help, and the Muslims won. Badr showed that victory comes from Allah, not from numbers.
