82:1 ⚑
  1. إِذَا idhā When
  2. ٱلسَّمَآءُ l-samāu the sky
  3. ٱنفَطَرَتۡ infaṭarat (is) cleft asunder
82:2 ⚑
  1. وَإِذَا wa-idhā And when
  2. ٱلۡكَوَاكِبُ l-kawākibu the stars
  3. ٱنتَثَرَتۡ intatharat scatter
82:3 ⚑
  1. وَإِذَا wa-idhā And when
  2. ٱلۡبِحَارُ l-biḥāru the seas
  3. فُجِّرَتۡ fujjirat are made to gush forth
82:4 ⚑
  1. وَإِذَا wa-idhā And when
  2. ٱلۡقُبُورُ l-qubūru the graves
  3. بُعۡثِرَتۡ buʿ'thirat are overturned
82:5 ⚑
  1. عَلِمَتۡ ʿalimat Will know
  2. نَفۡسࣱ nafsun a soul
  3. مَّا mā what
  4. قَدَّمَتۡ qaddamat it has sent forth
  5. وَأَخَّرَتۡ wa-akharat and left behind
82:6 ⚑
  1. يَٰٓأَيُّهَا yāayyuhā O
  2. ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ l-insānu man
  3. مَا mā What
  4. غَرَّكَ gharraka has deceived you
  5. بِرَبِّكَ birabbika concerning your Lord
  6. ٱلۡكَرِيمِ l-karīmi the Most Noble
82:7 ⚑
  1. ٱلَّذِي alladhī Who
  2. خَلَقَكَ khalaqaka created you
  3. فَسَوَّىٰكَ fasawwāka then fashioned you
  4. فَعَدَلَكَ faʿadalaka then balanced you
82:8 ⚑
  1. فِيٓ fī In
  2. أَيِّ ayyi whatever
  3. صُورَةࣲ ṣūratin form
  4. مَّا mā what
  5. شَآءَ shāa He willed
  6. رَكَّبَكَ rakkabaka He assembled you
82:9 ⚑
  1. كَلَّا kallā Nay
  2. بَلۡ bal But
  3. تُكَذِّبُونَ tukadhibūna you deny
  4. بِٱلدِّينِ bil-dīni the Judgment
82:10 ⚑
  1. وَإِنَّ wa-inna And indeed
  2. عَلَيۡكُمۡ ʿalaykum over you
  3. لَحَٰفِظِينَ laḥāfiẓīna (are) surely guardians
82:11 ⚑
  1. كِرَامࣰا kirāman Noble
  2. كَٰتِبِينَ kātibīna recording
82:12 ⚑
  1. يَعۡلَمُونَ yaʿlamūna They know
  2. مَا mā whatever
  3. تَفۡعَلُونَ tafʿalūna you do
82:13 ⚑
  1. إِنَّ inna Indeed
  2. ٱلۡأَبۡرَارَ l-abrāra the righteous
  3. لَفِي lafī (will be) surely in
  4. نَعِيمࣲ naʿīmin bliss
82:14 ⚑
  1. وَإِنَّ wa-inna And indeed
  2. ٱلۡفُجَّارَ l-fujāra the wicked
  3. لَفِي lafī (will be) surely in
  4. جَحِيمࣲ jaḥīmin Hellfire
82:15 ⚑
  1. يَصۡلَوۡنَهَا yaṣlawnahā They will burn (in) it
  2. يَوۡمَ yawma (on the) Day
  3. ٱلدِّينِ l-dīni (of) the Judgment
82:16 ⚑
  1. وَمَا wamā And not
  2. هُمۡ hum they
  3. عَنۡهَا ʿanhā from it
  4. بِغَآئِبِينَ bighāibīna (will be) absent
82:17 ⚑
  1. وَمَآ wamā And what
  2. أَدۡرَىٰكَ adrāka can make you know
  3. مَا mā what
  4. يَوۡمُ yawmu (is the) Day
  5. ٱلدِّينِ l-dīni (of) the Judgment
82:18 ⚑
  1. ثُمَّ thumma Then
  2. مَآ mā what
  3. أَدۡرَىٰكَ adrāka can make you know
  4. مَا mā what
  5. يَوۡمُ yawmu (is the) Day
  6. ٱلدِّينِ l-dīni (of) the Judgment
82:19 ⚑
  1. يَوۡمَ yawma (The) Day
  2. لَا lā not
  3. تَمۡلِكُ tamliku will have power
  4. نَفۡسࣱ nafsun a soul
  5. لِّنَفۡسࣲ linafsin for a soul
  6. شَيۡـࣰٔاۖ shayan anything
  7. وَٱلۡأَمۡرُ wal-amru and the Command
  8. يَوۡمَئِذࣲ yawma-idhin that Day
  9. لِّلَّهِ lillahi (will be) with Allah
