Iqlab and ikhfa
Before ب the noon turns into a meem (iqlab). Before the other fifteen letters it is hidden with ghunnah (ikhfa).
Iqlab
When noon saakin or tanween meets ب, it changes into a hidden م held with ghunnah for two counts. In the mushaf you see a small م above it.

Ikhfa
Before the remaining fifteen letters (ت ث ج د ذ ز س ش ص ض ط ظ ف ق ك) the noon is hidden: the tongue does not fully touch, and a ghunnah is held for two counts while the mouth prepares for the next letter.
